About Us
Andrew Smith is the Owner and Operator of McLaughlin Property Services, a new-to-market property valuation company that capitalises on his 20+ year’s experience in the real estate industry. 15 years of that time was spent running the family real estate business, a Century 21 agency in Sydney’s northern suburbs. He then moved into the industrial property market of Central Western Sydney.
All of Andrew’s combined experience in Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Residential markets, from both corporate and agency perspectives, as well as his certification as a Practicing Valuer (CPV) of the Australian Property Institute, have uniquely positioned him amongst property valuation providers. His professionalism, analytical nature and people centred approach are other attributes that make him a popular property valuer amongst his clients.
As he embarks on bringing existing and new clients into the McLaughlin Property Services fold, Andrew is excited to share his commitment to producing accurate property valuations in all industry sectors for all purposes. He cares about his clients and goes the extra mile for them in a timely, affordable and professional manner.
